Group Classes Schedule
Learn the fundamental concepts of the Pilates method first by taking one-on-one sessions.
Group Classes are NOT recommended to participants who have never done Pilates before or have serious medical conditions.


You must take private lesson(s) prior to joining a group class
Introducing you to Pilates in a one-on-one setting is essential to our studio. With a teacher who guides you through the movements, makes sure that you perform them with utmost benefit and safety a private lesson will allow us to learn how your body responds to movement on the mat and the various Pilates apparatus.
You will learn how to combine movement and breathing for best results.
You can choose full sessions or 30-minute options. You can also bring a friend, a spouse or a significant other for a duet session.
Once you become proficient in your Pilates practice you may choose to continue your private instructions or take our small (up to 4 clients) group. cl
We strive to teach you the way that Joseph Pilates taught his students, with proper form and technique, guiding you to activate the proper muscles and learn correct breathing pattern.
Mat Class - Exercises on the floor with assistance of small apparatus such, as Magic Circle and light weights.
Reformer class - Exercises on equipment (universal Reformer), utilizing springs to challange you ability to stabilize the joints.
Tower Class - Exercises on Cadillac adapted to a group class setting, utilizing springs for support and challenge.
Description of Classes
Your time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment so another client can use the time.
All other last-minute cancellations are subject to a late cancellation fee.
Each session is 55 minutes long. All sales are final. All prepaid packages expire according to the terms of purchase specified on the price list.
