Joanna Telacka, MS
Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT)

Joanna has been a Pilates teacher since 1999. She is the founder of Harmonious Pilates, Inc., a Pilates studio and teacher training facility that has been serving both the general public and aspiring Pilates professionals for 25 years.

Throughout her career, Joanna has created and taught numerous continuing education workshops for Pilates teachers and physical therapists.

She has also authored training manuals and conducted a research project on utilizing Pilates in post-surgery rehabilitation. Joanna received her comprehensive Pilates training and earned her Master Program diploma from The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado.

Over the years, she has continued to deepen her understanding of the Pilates method by attending workshops with teachers from a variety of Pilates lineages. Joanna was drawn to Pilates for its unique and healing effects on her own body. Her professional journey reflects a passion for the method and a commitment to creating positive change in people’s lives through the thoughtful, intentional practice of Pilates.

Wojciech Telacki,
M.S.P.T.

Wojciech is a licensed physical therapist and a Pilates teacher. He has been practicing physical therapy since 2001 and teaching Joseph Pilates' traditional system of exercise since 2002. He completed a 900-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program and received his diploma from Harmonious Pilates.

His work includes teaching Pilates and practicing traditional methods of physical therapy. When appropriate, he combines physical therapy and Pilates to ensure the best outcome for the patient.

He is a co-author of a research project on the use of Pilates and physical therapy to restore full range of motion to the knee joint after reconstructive knee surgery.

Wojciech is a faculty member of the Harmonious Pilates, Inc. Teacher Training Program.

Ann has been teaching Pilates since 2004. Prior to becoming a Pilates teacher, she taught aerobics, gymnastics, and worked with children with learning disabilities.

Her Pilates education includes over 600 hours of apprenticeship training in Joseph Pilates’ traditional system of exercise under the guidance of Bob Liekens at Power Pilates in New York City, as well as the completion of a comprehensive training program through The New York Pilates Studio.

She has taught private sessions, duets, and group classes at studios in Maine, the New Jersey Shore, and New York City.

Ann is also a faculty member of the Harmonious Pilates, Inc. Teacher Training Program.
